The AF Wake Series is a Pro/Am water sports series that is taking place the Summer of 2013 in the Mid-Atlantic, and will be run by IWWF World Champion Adam Fields and his company AF Wake. AF Wake has a dynamic plan to grow water sports.
All the AF Wake Series events are geared towards having fun, engaging with the community, educating people about water sports and boating safety, and creating a competitive spirit that drives interest.

- May 19 – Rockett’s Big Air Fair — Richmond, VA, on the James River 5-8 pm
- June 22 — Lake Gaston Big Air Fair — Eaton’s Ferry Bridge 1-4
- August 3 — Rock the Creek — Lizard Creek Lake Gaston 8-4
- Sept 21 – Battle of the Lakes – Lizard Creek, LKG 9-5
AF Wake Events
Scheduled Pro “AF Wake Shows” will make it easy to be entertained at our events. The amateur contests will have a very family friendly attitude, where anyone is welcome to participate, even if they are a beginner. A personal connection through these events will build long-lasting relationships between people and our brands. A connection with our brands will build a long-lasting relationship with boating and water sports.
Each event will be tailored for its venue and market. Regional coordinators are working with logistics, promotion, and assistance running the events. We will run the contest and shows on-water and also have games and activities for people to do on-shore. There will be music, announcing, giveaways, and raffles. Emphasis will be put on local lake promotion and boater safety, with displays for area clubs and coast guard.
AF Wake will have a presence at each event with display tents, boats, gear, and a staff of people ready to help people customers learn about and buy the gear they need for the lifestyle, from boats to boards, trampolines, clothes, and even health diet.
AF Wake will be advertising their events throughout wakeboard communities, which will include regional news media, TV, radio, online resources as well as social media outside of the wake industry. The goal is to reach new markets, expose the sport, and educate people about watersports, boating lifestyle, and boating safety.
